We are currently hiring at each location for a variety of shifts. Starting wages: Destin Restaurants : $8.00 per hour Panama City Beach : $8.00 per hour Lynn Haven : $6.50 per hour Bluewater Bay : $6.50 for day shift. $7 for openers/closers Niceville : $7.00 per hour and up McDonald's is the largest food company in the world and we pride ourselves on outstanding relations with our people.
