Crew to Management Advancement

First, you must have passed the Advanced Crew test:

Advanced Crew Test – Take this test to become an advanced crew member. This test should be completed after E-Learning is complete as well as shoulder to shoulder training. Once you have passed the test with an 80% or higher, you will be issued your Costa Enterprises Gold Coin. This coin will enable you to get FREE employee meals (up to $5 a shift)!

Next, you need to take the Management Profile Assessment.

Once these have been completed then your GM will
submit you for interview with the Area Supervisor or Training Supervisor.
